PD1104 Soft-Flex™ Blanket
The second half of the PDM patient warming system is the Soft-Flex warming blanket. The Soft-Flex line addresses a broad range of patient warming needs commonly found in EMS and PACU environments.
The blankets are constructed with a two-layer system: The top material is a non-reflecting polyethylene film that can be wiped off when spills occur. The bottom material is a non-woven polyester cloth that absorbs fluid spills without damage. Soft-Flex blankets are made of disposable/recyclable materials.
The PD1104 Pediatric Recovery Room Warming Cover is designed to lay over the patient's entire body to maintain body temperature during recovery. The PD1104 has a very low profile when inflated, when folded back it enables unhindered access to the patient.

Note: Progressive Dynamics has previously reviewed and, from time to time, performs additional reviews of the overall LIFE-AIR 1000® System. These reviews have all shown that the LIFE-AIR 1000 Blowers, Soft-Flex warming covers and hoses do not contain natural latex.
