The PD1103 Upper Body Surgical Warming Cover is designed to lay over the patient's arms and chest to maintain body temperature during lower body surgery. The PD1103 has a very low profile when inflated, which prevents it from interfering with surgical procedures.

Note: The PD1103 has two air entry ports to allow placement of the heater/blower on either side of the patient. The PD1103L has a single air entry port located on the left side of the patient.

Size of Cover:

  • Uninflated: 21" x 83"

  • Inflated: 18" x 77"

Material used to manufacture patient warming covers:

  • Top material: Non-reflecting polyethylene film.

  • Bottom material: Non-woven polyester cloth.

Material reaction to spills:

  • Top material: Can be wiped off with no damage.

  • Bottom material: Absorbed with no damage.

Note: Progressive Dynamics has previously reviewed and, from time to time, performs additional reviews of the overall LIFE-AIR 1000® System. These reviews have all shown that the LIFE-AIR 1000® Blowers, Soft-Flex® warming covers and hoses do not contain natural latex.
